You should arrive at all bookings for your start time you have chosen.
If you are late your time will have started from your booked time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us prior, your booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund given. Please see Cancellation Policy for full details for refunds due to cancellations.
