We understand times that plans can change and we want to make sure you have a great experience. You can cancel at any time up to 48 hours before and you will receive a full refund.

If you have booked on the day or the day before then please contact us and we may be able to offer an alternate date and time.

For any cancellation queries please contact via our website where we will get back to you within 24 hours.

There may be times that Escape the Expected need to cancel a walk due to adverse weather conditions, in this instance you will get a full refund.

If you have decided to go ahead with the walk in bad weather (rain or sun) and you decide to finish early no refund will be given.
